We at Mould Cheese Festival are teaming up with Hogget Kitchen to present the best of Gippsland Cheese throughout a degustation menu in true Hogget form.

Join us at Hogget Kitchen - acclaimed one hat restaurant known for its Gippsland rich menu featuring nose to tail approach and highlighting local producers - for the ultimate lunch time indulgence.

So, what's on the menu? The best of Gippsland cheese, obvs!
All delivered in true long lunch style. Trev and the team will deliver the snacks, with a glass of bubbles on arrival, followed by a five course degustation menu, with each championing a Gippsland cheese maker with a brief Q&A session with the cheese makers themselves.
Expect the likes of; Prom Country Cheese, Berry’s Creek, Maffra, Tarago River & Butterfly Factory. 

As for drinks, this will be at  your leisure but of course, there will be local Gippsland wines and drinks to match, all purchased on consumption.

We know you love cheese, we know you love food and hey, we all love wine so this will be a wonderful to join like minded friends, at a shared table, and get curd-nerdy with cheese makers themselves

Note: This event will start as stand up canapes, followed by sit down long lunch style on communal tables. 

DIETARIES: We can accomodate Vegetarian if you let us know, however we are sorry to our vegan friends but this is as cheesy as it gets.

Last pours will be 15min before the sessions ends to comply with licensing requirements.
