Join us for an unforgettable experience that combines the rich flavours of Gippsland cheese. We've gathered a lineup of renowned cheese makers, including Prom Country Cheese, Berrys Creek, Maffra, Tarago River Cheese, and Butterfly Factory, who will showcase their exceptional cheeses.
As you step into the historic old Butter Factory, you'll be welcomed with a glass of local Gippsland hero drinks and delectable cheese toasties featuring the creamy goodness of Gippsland Jersey Butter.
This one off Meet the Maker experience takes place against the backdrop of the picturesque Kongwak Butter Factory, with contented cows grazing in the nearby pastures. Leading the way is our cheese and wine guru, Dan Sims, who will be your MC for the day. He'll be joined by Olivia Sutton of Mould Cheese Collective, formerly of Harper & Blohm, and the spotlight will be on the talented cheesemakers themselves.
